By placing an order through our website (www.dexpresscatering.com), you agree to the following terms. Divine Express Catering reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.


Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once your order has been placed and paid for.

Exceptions (for orders above $1,000 only):

  • You may reschedule your event up to three (3) days before the original date, subject to availability.

  • If you cancel your event, you have up to 60 days to apply your credit toward a future order.


Shipping & Pickup Policy

Pickup

Due to the mobile nature of our operations, pickup locations may vary. Please call our kitchen at 718-451-6330 to confirm pickup details.


Delivery Options

1. Customer-Arranged Delivery (Uber, Lyft, etc.)

If you prefer to arrange your own ride:

  • We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.

  • You are responsible for booking a ride service (Uber, Lyft, etc.) to pick up your order from our kitchen.

  • Our team will hand over the order directly to the driver you send.

⚠️ Disclaimer: Divine Express Catering is not responsible for any issues that occur after pickup, including late deliveries, mishandling, or non-delivery by the ride service you use. Kindly ensure you book a reliable and trustworthy service.

2. Delivery by Divine Express Catering

  • To request our delivery service, please call 718-451-6330.

  • Delivery fees vary based on distance and are the customer’s responsibility.


Catering Guidelines

  1. No Outside Food: We do not allow food from outside vendors or client-supplied food items at events.

  2. Final Guest Count: Must be confirmed in advance so we can prepare enough food for all attendees.

  3. Minimum for On-Site Catering: $10,000 (includes food, setup, service coordination, and staff).

  4. Orders Below $10,000: Delivery only — venue staff or hall waiters will assist with serving.

  5. Full Payment Required: Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.


Insurance Usage

Some venues require proof of liability insurance from vendors. If insurance is needed for your event, the following charges apply based on your guest count:
