By placing an order through our website (www.dexpresscatering.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Divine Express Catering reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.


Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments are final. Once an order is placed and paid for, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Exceptions:

  • In the case of unforeseen circumstances, customers may reschedule their event up to three (3) days before the original event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • If an event is canceled, customers have up to 60 days to use their credit toward a future order of their choice.

  • These exceptions only apply to orders above $1,000.


Shipping & Pickup Policy

Pickup

Due to the mobile nature of our operations, our pickup location may vary. Please contact our kitchen at 718-451-6330 to confirm and arrange your pickup.

Customer-Arranged Delivery

If you prefer to arrange your own delivery (via Uber, Lyft, etc.):

  • We will notify you once your order is ready.

  • You will then book your driver to pick up the order from our kitchen.

  • Our team will hand over the order directly to the driver upon their arrival.

Delivery by Divine Express Catering

If you would like us to deliver your order:

  • Please call our kitchen at 718-451-6330 to arrange delivery.

  • Delivery fees are based on distance and location and are the responsibility of the customer.
